Delivery

UK Delivery

We charge the following delivery fees to cover the cost of packaging and postage:

  • Standard delivery - 3-5 working days*

    • £4.00 (order under £50)

    • FREE (order over £50)

  • Guaranteed next working day** - £9.50 (all order values)

*The actual delivery time will be dependent upon our shipping provider (Royal Mail) as once the items have been dispatched we have no control over any delays which may occur on their side. We aim to have all items dispatched within 1-2 working days.

**Guaranteed next day delivery is for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday.  Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be sent the next working day to arrive the following Monday/ Tuesday (depending on when the order is placed). You will need to be available to sign for the delivery which will arrive via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® service. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to no one being available to accept the delivery.

 

International Delivery 

We currently only deliver to the UK but look out for International delivery in the future.

 

Returns

How to Return  

 

We want you to be 100% happy with your product(s) but understand that sometimes things aren't quite right, be it the size, style, colour, or you simply may not like the product in the flesh.   That's why there is a 14 day refund policy.  

To return an item:

  • Email us within 14 days of receipt of your order at customerservice@rejvamum.com stating your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.  We will respond with the return address for you to use

  • Return your item in it's original re-saleable  condition* with all labels attached 

  • Ensure the package is safely received by us - we therefore recommend that you use a tracked postage service and retain proof of postage as we are not responsible for items until they are received by us.

Upon receipt your return will be inspected to ensure it meets the returns criteria and, if so, a refund will be authorised to your original payment method, less any postage fees paid (if you paid by Paypal, check their website for details about how to claim back your return postage fees via their free returns service). 

*Whilst we appreciate that products need to be tried on, we cannot accept returns if the item contains deodorant, makeup, pet hair or any other marks (however caused) as we will not be able to re-sell it.  The same applies for smells left on products including (but not limited to) smoke, body odours and perfume.  Swimwear/underwear must also have the untampered hygiene strip intact/unmarked and returns will not be accepted if it looks to have been removed and reapplied, or is otherwise marked/damaged.  This is to ensure the utmost hygiene of such products.

 

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on nipple creams, breast pads or milk collectors (unless faulty). 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please return it as detailed above and email us your receipt showing the return postage cost so it can be refunded to you along with the cost of the product and original postage paid.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

We do not currently offer exchanges so if you require an alternative item please re-order via our website and return the original for a refund.
