Do you offer International delivery?
We currently only deliver to the UK but look out for International delivery in the future.
Is it possible to exchange my item?
Unfortunately we do not have an exchange facility at this current time. Please place an order for the new item you require and return the original item.
If an item is out of stock, will it come back in?
This depends on the item, its popularity and availability with our wholesaler. If you are interested in an item that's out of stock, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Can you stock products not shown on your website?
We are always looking for new items in stock and have plans in the pipeline. However, if there is something in particular you'd like to see, please let us know. The more demand there is for something, the more likely we are to stock it.
How can I keep up to date with news?
The best way to keep up to date with what we're doing is to follow our Facebook and Instagram pages (@rejuvamum). You can also sign up to our mailing list.
What are items that have been "de-branded for authorised re-sale"?
These are items that were originally made for well known online/high street brands but are no longer required e.g. they have manufactured too many items or have a change of plan. To recover their manufacturing costs, these items are sold on for authorised re-sale by other companies. The original company's own label is removed so that the item cannot be purchased from a re-seller and then returned to the original high street store. The items will have been made for many well known UK stores so will all be of the usual high street quality. The de-branding process will involve the internal label(s) being cut through, or the retailer's name being redacted. The exterior of the product is completely unaffected.
