We want you to be 100% happy with your product(s) but understand that sometimes things aren't quite right, be it the size, the style, the colour, or you simply may not like the product in the flesh.   That's why there is a 14 day refund policy (from the day you receive your item).   


If you would like to refund your item, complete the returns form enclosed with your package and return to: Rejuvamum Limited, PO Box 537, Grays, Essex, RM17 9NQ.  Please also email us at to advise when your package was posted so we can collect it from the PO Box.   Failure to do so will result in delay in processing your refund as we will not know to collect the package. We do visit the post office to check for items in the PO Box every Friday but if we know a package is on its way we will go sooner to collect it. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the product(s) meet the following returns criteria:

  • Returned in it's original re-saleable condition with all labels attached* 

  • Returned with the completed returns form enclosed with your package 

  • Received safely by us - we therefore recommend that you use a tracked postage service as we are not responsible for items until they are received by us

* Whilst we appreciate that products need to be tried on, we cannot accept returns if the product(s) contain deodorant, makeup, pet hair or any other marks (however caused) as we will not be able to re-sell them.  The same applies for smells left on products (including, but not limited to, smoke, body odours and perfume).  Swimwear must also have the untampered hygiene strip intact/unmarked and returns will not be accepted if it looks to have been removed and reapplied, or is otherwise marked/damaged.  This is to ensure the utmost hygiene of swimwear products.  

Upon receipt of your returned product(s) we will check that the returns criteria is met and email you within 24 hours confirming whether or not your request has been accepted.  Accepted refunds will then be actioned within the next 24 hours via your original payment method, although the length of time it takes for the refund to hit your account depends on the payment provider and is out of our control.  

Postage fees

Delivery and return postage fees are your responsibility and refunds will be for the price made for the product(s), less the delivery fee originally charged to you. 

PAYPAL - if you paid via Paypal then they offer a free returns service (as at July 2019).  Please check their website for details and up to date information about how to claim.


As we are a small business we do not currently offer exchanges as some products are in limited supply.   If you would like a different size/colour, please reorder via the website.  If you wish to wait until your refund has been processed, please email us with the replacement item you require and we will place it on hold for you (if available).
